Production Time

Because every Roomberry product is made-to-order in our small Claremont, California studio, please allow 4–8 business days for production after you place your order. No overproduction means no warehouse waste — and a little extra wait time for something hand-finished just for you.

Shipping Cost & Speed

Shipping cost depends on your shipping address and the size of your order. Rates vary by state, ZIP code, and package weight. To see the exact shipping cost for your order:

  1. Add the items you want to your cart
  2. Go to checkout
  3. Enter your shipping address
  4. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically and shown before payment

You'll never be charged shipping you didn't see and approve first.

📦 Carriers we use

We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Both offer reliable tracking and standard delivery times of 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your distance from California.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Extra carrier fees may apply for AK / HI based on package weight — these will be shown at checkout before you pay.

International shipping: not currently available from our US shop. If you're outside the U.S., visit our European shop at roomberry.de for EU shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If anything seems off with delivery, reach us via our contact page.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged: take a photo of the box AND the item, then email us at info@roomberry.com within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement (or refund) at no cost to you.
