If you change your mind about a Roomberry order, you have 60 days from delivery to send it back. No questions asked. We'll refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

How to Return

  1. Email info@roomberry.com with your order number and let us know which item(s) you're sending back.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging if possible (PLA bioplastic is biodegradable, but it's also delicate).
  3. Ship to:

  4. Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns: you cover return shipping. Rates depend on your ZIP code and package weight — most domestic returns ship for $8–20 USPS Priority.

Damaged or defective items: we cover return shipping — just email us first for a prepaid label.
